Realme GT 7T is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Max processor. It comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The Realme GT 7T runs Android 15 and is powered by a 7000mAh battery. The Realme GT 7T supports 120W FlashCharge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme GT 7T on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera, and an 8-megapixel (ultra wide-angle) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor.

The Realme GT 7T runs Realme UI 6.0 is based on Android 15 and packs 256GB, 512GB of inbuilt storage. The Realme GT 7T is a dual-SIM mobile. It was launched in IceSense Black, IceSense Blue, and Racing Yellow colours.
